Last updated: July 30, 2026

Accepting these terms

These terms govern your use of SavvySaver. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you use SavvySaver for a family, you confirm that you are an adult authorized to manage that family’s account and supervise participating kids.

What SavvySaver provides

SavvySaver is an educational family tool for tracking allowance, chores, savings, goals, gifts, and spending. Parents enter and manage the records shown in the app.

SavvySaver is not a bank, wallet, or payment service. Balances are virtual records only. We do not hold, move, insure, or guarantee real money.

Accounts and family access

  • Provide accurate information and keep sign-in details secure.
  • Use kid profiles only with appropriate parental authorization.
  • Supervise kids’ use and the relatives you invite to a family.
  • Tell us promptly if you believe an account is compromised.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, access another family without permission, interfere with its operation, probe its security, upload harmful code, automate access abusively, violate another person’s rights, or use SavvySaver for unlawful activity. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.

Your content and responsibility

You retain ownership of information you submit. You give SavvySaver permission to host, process, analyze, display, and back up that information as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. Parents are responsible for the accuracy of virtual transactions and for any real-world allowance, reward, purchase, or gift represented by them.

Availability and educational information

We may update, add, or remove features and may interrupt the service for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. SavvySaver offers general educational tools, not financial, tax, legal, or investment advice.

Ending use

You may stop using SavvySaver at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material violation, security risk, unlawful conduct, or discontinuation of the service. Provisions that logically continue after termination will remain in effect.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, SavvySaver is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. SavvySaver will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by reliance on virtual balances. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

Changes and contact

We may revise these terms as the service evolves. The updated date will appear above, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
